Licence agreement
Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). The additional terms below add to it and do not replace it; if anything here conflicts with the EULA, the EULA applies.

Check important results
The app's tools, including text recognition, translation, transcription, calculators, prayer times and photo sizes, are made to be accurate but can make mistakes. Check important results, such as names, numbers, dates and official requirements, before you rely on them, and keep your original files.
Independent app
ToolboxHere is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government, embassy, ministry, religious authority, exam board, bank or company whose name or requirements appear in it. Requirements change: check the official source before you submit a document.
Your content
Files you make with the app belong to you, and you are responsible for having the right to use the files you open in it. The app processes them on your device; we never receive them.
ToolboxHere Pro
Pro is sold through Apple's in-app purchase in two ways:
- Yearly subscription. It starts with a 7-day free trial, then the yearly price shown on the Pro screen is charged to your Apple Account. It renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling during the trial means you are not charged; cancelling later keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Pro for good. Paid once, it never renews.
Prices, payment, refunds and Family Sharing follow Apple's terms. Pro unlocks the features described on its screen in the app at the time you buy it.

The app uses open-source software and models under their own licences, listed on our licenses page.
