Why use Case Converter

About this tool
A case converter saves retyping when text arrives in the wrong case: a heading typed in capitals, a paragraph written with caps lock on, or a list of names in lower case. Uppercase to lowercase, lowercase to uppercase or anything in between takes one tap. Sentence case gives normal writing, with a capital letter only at the start of each sentence. Title Case capitalises the important words of a headline and keeps short words such as “of”, “and” and “the” small unless they come first, which is how most style guides write titles. Capitalize Each Word capitalises every word, for names and labels.
Programmers name things in other cases: camelCase and PascalCase join words with capitals (firstName, FirstName), snake_case and CONSTANT_CASE with underscores, kebab-case with hyphens, as in web addresses, and dot.case with dots. Each line is converted on its own, so you can paste a list of field names and use it as a camel case or snake case converter for all of them at once. Arabic and Urdu have no capital letters, so their text stays as it is. To count words and characters, use the word counter.

How do I change uppercase to lowercase?
Paste the text and tap “lower case”. For normal sentences, tap “Sentence case” instead: it keeps a capital at the start of each sentence.
What is the difference between Title Case and Capitalize Each Word?
Title Case keeps small words such as “a”, “of”, “and” and “the” in lower case, as headlines do: “A Tale of Two Cities”. Capitalize Each Word gives every word a capital: “A Tale Of Two Cities”.
What is sentence case?

Ways of writing several words as one name in code: camelCase joins them with capitals (userName), snake_case with underscores (user_name). kebab-case uses hyphens (user-name).
