Why use PDF to Long Image
One single image
Merge all the pages into one JPG, PNG or WebP, top to bottom, in page order.
Sharp at any width
720, 1,080 or 1,440 pixels wide, or the PDF's own width at 150 DPI.
Split into parts
One image for every 4 pages, or automatically when a picture would be too tall for your browser.
Private
The PDF is read and drawn in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
About this tool
Some upload forms take a single image rather than a PDF, and a long image is easier to read on a phone than a PDF viewer: you just scroll. This tool draws every page of the PDF at the same width and stacks them into one tall picture, with an optional gap so you can see where each page ends.
Very tall pictures have limits. Messaging apps such as WhatsApp shrink them, so send the image as a document to keep it sharp, or split it into parts. Browsers also cap how big one picture can be, about 16 million pixels on iPhones and iPads, so a long PDF is saved as several images, in page order, when one would be too big. WebP images can be at most 16,383 pixels tall.
Frequently asked questions
How do I convert a PDF to one long image?
Add the PDF, keep all pages selected and choose the width and format. The tool stacks the pages into a single tall image, ready to download.
Which width should I choose?
1,080 pixels is sharp on phones and keeps the file small. Choose 1,440 or the original width for small print or detailed drawings.
Why was my PDF split into several images?
One picture would have been too big for your browser (about 16 million pixels on iPhones and iPads) or too tall for WebP. The images are numbered in page order.
Can I send the long image on WhatsApp?
Yes, but WhatsApp shrinks tall photos. Send it as a document to keep full quality, or tick "Split into parts".
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The pages are drawn in your browser, and the PDF never leaves your device.
Is this a free online PDF to long image converter?
Yes. It runs online in your browser, stitches every page into one tall image, and nothing is uploaded.
