Yes or No WheelAsk a question and spin for a random yes or no (or maybe).Starting… the tool runs entirely in your browser and needs JavaScript.

How to use Yes or No Wheel

  1. Type your question if you like, for example “Should we order pizza tonight?”. It stays on your screen only.
  2. Choose “Yes, no”, or “Yes, no, maybe” to add maybe as a third answer.
  3. Press Spin or tap the wheel. The yes or no spinner slows down and stops on the answer.
  4. The tally counts the answers so far, for best of three or best of five.

Why use Yes or No Wheel

Even chances

Yes and no each have a 50% chance; with maybe, each answer has one in three. Answers come from your browser’s secure random numbers.

Add maybe

One tap adds a third answer, for when a flat yes or no feels too final.

Best of three

The tally keeps count of every answer until you reset it.

Private

Your question never leaves your device: the yes or no generator runs entirely in your browser.

About this tool

A yes or no wheel is a coin flip you can watch: useful for small decisions, games, classroom questions and settling friendly arguments. The wheel has alternating yes and no slices, so each answer covers exactly half of it; add maybe and each answer covers a third.

The answer is decided the moment you press Spin, with your browser’s cryptographic random numbers, and the wheel then turns to it, so the look of the wheel never changes the odds. For a choice between your own options, use Spin the wheel instead and type them one per line; that picker handles anything from two options to 500.

Frequently asked questions

Is the yes or no wheel random?

Yes. The answer is picked by your browser’s cryptographic random numbers, with yes and no equally likely (or yes, no and maybe, one in three each).

Can I add maybe?

Yes. Choose “Yes, no, maybe” above the wheel and maybe becomes a third answer with the same chance as the others.

Is it the same as flipping a coin?

The odds are the same: 50% yes and 50% no. The wheel just lets everyone watch the answer arrive. For heads or tails, use Flip a coin.

Is my question saved?

No. The question stays on your screen and is never sent anywhere or kept after you leave the page.

Can I spin a wheel with my own options?

Yes. Use Spin the wheel, type your options one per line, and it picks one at random.
