About this tool
Doha's times are the Qatar Calendar House's official timetable (the monthly wall calendar of the State of Qatar), shown day by day for every month it has published, with a note under the times saying so; for later days the page calculates with the Qatar method (Fajr when the sun is 18° below the horizon, Isha 90 minutes after Maghrib all year round, the standard Asr) and rounds the way the Calendar House does, which matches its tables to within a minute. The Calendar House notes that the cities of the eastern coast from Al Khor to Al Wakrah, Lusail among them, use Doha's times as they are, and the city list follows that.
Over the year, Fajr in Doha moves from about 3:13 AM in early June to about 5:00 AM in mid-January, and Maghrib from about 4:45 PM in late November to about 6:30 PM in late June. Ramadan 1448 is expected to begin on 8 February 2027; on the first day, sehri ends at about 4:55 AM and iftar is at about 5:25 PM (the Calendar House's Ramadan calendar replaces these figures as soon as it is published). The Qibla from Doha is 252.7° from true north, and Makkah is about 1,270 km away.
Frequently asked questions
What time is Maghrib in Doha today?
The tool at the top shows today's Maghrib time and every other prayer time in Doha, with a countdown to the next azan. Maghrib is at sunset, between about 4:45 PM in late November and 6:30 PM in late June.
Which calculation method is used in Qatar?
The Qatar Calendar House publishes the official timetable, and this page shows it for Doha and the eastern coast. Its method is Fajr at 18° below the horizon and Isha 90 minutes after Maghrib, with a minute or two of precaution; the page uses the same for days the Calendar House has not published yet.
Are prayer times in Lusail different from Doha?
No. The Qatar Calendar House states that the eastern-coast cities from Al Khor to Al Wakrah, including Lusail, follow Doha's times exactly, so those cities show the same official timetable.
When does Ramadan 1448 start in Qatar?
It is expected on 8 February 2027 by the Umm al-Qura calendar. Qatar confirms it by moon sighting, so it can be a day later. The Ramadan tab shows sehri and iftar times for every day.

Yes. Open Month for every day of the month, including tomorrow and each Friday, when Dhuhr is the Jumuah prayer. After Isha, the next prayer shown is tomorrow's Fajr.
