Photo to 3D model Runs on our GPU

Photo to 3D model (GLB)

One photo, a 3D model. One photo of an object in, a textured 3D model (GLB) and a turntable video out.

Create

3 credits · about 3 min on our GPU

What it does

Upload one photo of a single object. TripoSR removes the background, builds a textured 3D mesh and renders a turntable preview. Open the GLB in Windows 3D Viewer, Blender or a web viewer.

What you can do

3 real jobs, run on our GPU

Each example is a real run on our GPU: what went in, the exact instruction, and the result exactly as the model made it. Pick one to see it, then start from the same instruction.

What we set

Textured model + turntable, 1024 px texture. Nothing else to write: the model works from the file.

Works well for

  • Product 3D previews for shops
  • Quick props for games and AR scenes
  • 3D versions of illustrations and icons
  • Concept models for 3D printing tests
  • Turntable clips for social posts

Check before you rely on it

  • The back of the object is guessed, so hidden sides look plausible, not exact.
  • Cluttered backgrounds give soft, blurry detail.
  • Fine parts (wheels, thin legs, text) come out soft.
  • Textures are 1024 px; good for previews, not close-up product renders.

Get the best result

The prompt and the model decide the output; bigger models and settings cost more credits. These notes come from what worked, and what did not, in our runs.

Do

  • Use one object, centred, on a plain light background: the product-style chair gave the cleanest mesh.
  • Shoot from a slight three-quarter angle so the model sees two sides.
  • Try flat illustrations and icons: the isometric toolbox became a sensible 3D shape.

Avoid

  • Use busy backgrounds: the night-scene car was cut out but came back with soft detail and blurry wheels.
  • Use several objects or people in one photo; the model expects a single object.

Cost, quality and time

Times are end to end on our GPU (an RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, 8 GB), model loading included, before any jobs ahead of yours. "Estimate" marks an option we have not measured yet.

Credits are held when you send a job and spent when the result is ready. They come back automatically if the job fails, is refused or has not started within 24 hours. Frequently asked questions

What file do I get?

A GLB model with its texture, plus a short turntable video.

What opens a GLB?

Windows 3D Viewer, Blender, most web 3D viewers and many AR tools.

Can I 3D-print it?

Often yes after a check in a slicer; the mesh is made for viewing, so thin parts may need fixing.

Why does the back look odd?

One photo shows one side; the model invents the rest.

Can I upload a person?

Single objects work best; people come out poorly and the content rules still apply.
