How to use SBI and IBPS Photo and Signature
- Choose the photo, signature, left thumb impression or handwritten declaration.
- Photograph it in good light: yourself against a light wall, or the paper flat and straight.
- Fit it inside the frame. For paper items, keep "Make the paper pure white" on.
- Download each JPG and upload it in the matching box on the form.

About this tool
SBI's 2026 PO advertisement lists four uploads, all JPG or JPEG: a photo of 200 × 230 pixels (preferred), 20–50 KB, on a light, preferably white background, without caps, hats or dark glasses; a signature of 140 × 60 pixels (preferred), 10–20 KB, in black ink on white paper; a left thumb impression of 240 × 240 pixels, 20–50 KB, in black or blue ink; and a handwritten declaration of 800 × 400 pixels, 50–100 KB. IBPS forms use the same sizes, but check your notification.
The signature and declaration must be in running hand, not in capital letters, in your own handwriting. The declaration's wording differs between SBI and IBPS, so copy it from your own notice. Both also capture a live photo during registration.

How do I scan my signature and thumb impression?
Sign and press your left thumb on plain white paper with a black or blue pen and ink, then take a straight, well-lit photo of each. Crop each one here and it is resized into the KB range the bank exam form asks for.
Does it work for SBI Clerk and SBI PO forms?
Yes. SBI Clerk, SBI PO and IBPS forms ask for the same photo and signature sizes, and this converter resizes and compresses both to them.
